PMH reduces your carbon footprint

PMH is committed to achieving the highest standards of sustainability, whether through the products it delivers to its customers or through their entire production flow.

 

In line with the best international practices, since 2018 it has carried out several optimization projects aimed at achieving the energy sustainability of its manufacturing processes, through increased energy efficiency of equipment, procedural adequacy and use of 100% renewable energy production sources in self-consumption, at both factories in Samora Correia and Penafiel.

 

We are currently able to reduce our carbon footprint by more than 26 ton of CO2/year and we expect by the end of 2022 to reach the annual reduction target of 46 ton of CO2/year by continuously improving our energy efficiency. This is PMH's commitment and vision for a more sustainable future, believing that our small contribution and example can help the entire community in the global objective of reducing the carbon footprint.
